Free weights

We have multiple free weights sections around the gym ranging from 3lbs- to 35lbs. Along with dumbbells, we are also equipped with Olympic barbells, tons of plates and benches, squat racks, power racks and even smith machines so you can still lift safely on those solo workouts.

Muay-Thai & Jiu jitsu classes available upon request - Please communicate with Niko Pominville or Joey Lefebvre prior to attending. Jiu Jitsu 730-830 followed by Muay-Thai 830-930 Tuesday and Thursday.  ONLINE BOOKING REQUIRED

This space is reserved for women only. We want everyone to feel safe and welcomed here. If you are a women and are a little on the shy side, this will be your safe space. It is equipped with everything you need to get a perfect workout in. Free weights, cable machine, power rack, benches, thigh abductor and adductor as well as a hip trust machine.

Mommy & Me Fitness with Annie @ 11am

Come join Annie for a mommy and me fitness class. Low impact, HIIT style workouts where we utilize your baby as weight and allow space for baby to play safely with other littles. It's not about perfect, it's about moving your body! ONLINE BOOKING REQUIRED

Personalized workout plan

Are you looking to train with intention? New to the gym and not sure where to start? 

​

Email us or visit us at the front desk to inquire about a personalized workout plan. Provide us with some details such as your age, goals, number of times a week, amount of time per workout as well as limitations if applicable for a workout plan  that fits YOUR needs.

​

We use the app Fitlog which allows you to log your daily workouts as you follow along animated images of each exercises on your plan. This helps track your progress and keep you accountable.
